On Date, I wrote to the shop and stated that I was rejecting the above item and wanted a full refund; a copy of this letter is enclosed.
I understand that under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 you are jointly liable for the above problems.
Please respond to my letter by Date plus 14 days with your proposals to remedy this matter.
