UNSOLICITED GOODS
On Date I received a Details of goods. I have not requested or placed an order for this item.
I understand that the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provide that a recipient of unsolicited goods may treat them as if they were an unconditional gift. I also understand that a demand for payment for unsolicited goods is a criminal offence, as is any threat of court action or other debt recovery procedures.
If you have any reasonable grounds to believe that I requested this item, please contact me in writing with appropriate evidence to support your belief.
If I do not hear from you in writing by Date plus 14 days, I will consider the item to be an unconditional gift and will use or dispose of the item as I wish. Please do not send any other items to this address.
