Re: Description of Goods
On Purchase Date I purchased the above item from you at a cost of £Cost. The item was described to me by way of an Avertisment/Leaflet/Sales Person as being Original Description of item . The goods do not correspond with the description in that Describe how the item is different.
I understand that the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended requires that goods supplied should correspond with any description given, nd where this is not so I am entitled to reject the goods and obtain a refund of all monies paid. and I am therefore rejecting it and requesting a refund of the money paid.
The fact that the goods have been misdescribed means that you are in breach of contract. Consequently I reject the goods and claim full refund of the monies paid, namely £Cost.
Please respond to my letter by Date plus 7 days
