Debt Help & Information Pack
We at Inverness Citizens Advice Bureau have produced this debt help guide and information pack to assist clients who are facing
debt and financial problems.
This guide is designed to allow and assist clients to deal with their debt and financial problems themselves if possible. It
consists of general information on options available to clients who are experiencing debt and financial problems; it also
includes a Debt Management Plan.
We are unable to assist in negotiations where clients take advantage of new credit after first contacting us or when clients make
their own arrangements with individual creditors that are not equitable. Consequently, this pack must not be used in these
circumstances.
All of the information in this pack is available on our website at www.invernesscab.org.uk, which also includes a calculator
that automatically works out your disposable income.
The Debt Help and Information Pack is also available to download for free in either RTF (Rich Text Format) or PDF (
Portable Document Format) formats.
